Paul "Muzzy" Mazzarella

Starred in football, basketball and baseball; 3-sport letterman junior and senior years; football all-district, 1947.

Received Wickham Medal as outstanding athlete in Class of 1948.

Went on to be 3-sport letterman at Suffield Academy 1948-49; UConn Hartford Branch baseball, 1950 co-captain; Hartford Twilight League; U.S. Army All-Star Baseball Team, Fort Hood, 1952.

Physical education teacher, Hartford Public School System, 34 years; coached elementary school basketball and baseball, New Park, Hooker, Noah Webster and Kennelly; associated 44 years with parks and recreation program, conducted events in basketball, track, cross country and other activities for City of Hartford youth.
