Jack Hanley

Outstanding fullback on HPHS football teams, 1946 to 1949.

Also played linebacker and was elected captain of the 1948 team and co-captain of the 1949 team.

Selected to 1948 Connecticut All-State Team.

Selected to All District and All City teams in 1948 and 1949.

Wickham Award recipient, Class of 1950.

Played on University of Kentucky football teams 1951 to 1954, including the Wildcats 20 to 7 victory over texas Christian University in 1952 Cotton Bowl.

Served five years as coach in Manchester’s midget football program.
